In 2018, a group of young tech professionals and betting experts came together to found Bet Ty. The online betting market in Bangladesh was growing fast, but most platforms were in English, payment options were complicated, and Bangla support was nowhere to be found. Bet Ty was created to solve exactly these problems.
It all started with just a few thousand members. The scale was small, but the vision was big. The founders had one clear goal: make betting simple, safe, and enjoyable for everyday people in Bangladesh.
Growth Journey
In 2019, Bet Ty introduced payments via Mobile Pay and Nagad — and that changed everything. Before that, bettors had to deal with bank transfers or crypto. Within months of mobile payments going live, membership tripled.
In 2020, the Live Casino section went live — real dealers, real tables, the full experience from the comfort of home. That same year, the VIP program launched to give regular members even more rewards. In 2021, the mobile app arrived on both Android and iOS, and mobile users have since grown to over 70% of our total membership.
